The car park's security and friendly customer service come as standard, but we think it's the outstanding value that keeps people coming back.
Security measures
The car park is protected by CCTV, entry and exit barriers, a fence and floodlighting, and is patrolled 24 hours a day.
It holds the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.

Pull up to the barrier, which will lift automatically after a few seconds, then press the green button at the second barrier to enter the car park – as you enter they'll record the condition of your vehicle for safety and security.
Park in one of the arrivals bays, then head into the check-in building. Check yourself in using the machines – you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation to hand. There'll be a member of the parking team on hand to help if you need it.
The machine will give you a tag and a ticket. Attach the tag to your keys and keep your ticket safe as you'll need it later. Drop your keys in the box with the same number as the lane you've parked in. Your car will be parked for you, so just head to the waiting area and hop on the bus to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.
If you return early, you'll need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they are less than 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered.
The shuttle bus can't accommodate large sporting equipment, so we'd recommend dropping any off with your passengers at the terminal first, then driving to the car park.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
If you come back to a flat battery, the car park will be happy to jump start your car for free.
