🚗 Delays

• Delays are accepted but will incur a €10 surcharge.

🔑 Vehicle Keys

• Only hand over the car key to the valet.

• Do not leave a full keychain or any personal keys.

🚐 Utility Vehicles

• A €10 surcharge applies to utility vehicles such as Berlingo, Kangoo, Doblo, Jumpy, Trafic, Vito, Viano, etc.

⚡ Electric Charging

• No electric charging service is available.

🧼 Car Wash Service

• Interior: €30

• Exterior: €30

• Full wash (interior + exterior): €50

📅 Reservations

• Book at least 24 hours before your flight.

• Respect your scheduled times:

  • If you arrive earlier than expected, the valet is not obligated to receive or return your vehicle before the scheduled time.

  • Example: If your return is scheduled for 10:30 PM, but you arrive at 9:15 PM, your vehicle will only be returned at 10:30 PM, except in special cases.

🕘 Night-Time Surcharge

• A €10 surcharge applies for reservations between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

📍 Upon Arrival at the Airport

✅ You must call 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to streamline arrivals and avoid unnecessary waiting.

🔹 Example: If your reservation is for 4:00 AM, call at 3:30 AM.
🔸 A customer who does not notify of their arrival may have to wait if necessary.
