The meeting point is located at Terminal 1 at Departure B6 or Terminal 2 E8. 

1. Call us 30 minutes before arrival at the terminal and let us know that you will be at the meeting point in half an hour. The phone number is on the booking confirmation you received by e-mail.  

 2. If there is a delay, let us know immediately.

 3. A member of our staff will meet you at the terminal.

 4. After a short vehicle check, the employee will drive your vehicle safely to the parking lot and park it.

 5. Please hand over your keys to the driver.

 6.You can then check-in comfortably and stress-free.  

 Attention: try to be at the airport at least 3 hours before your check-in.

Please note: For bookings between 00:00 and 06:00 a night surcharge of 35 € will be applied.
