Instructies
Drive up to the entry barrier and wait for the machine to read your number plate - this can take up to a minute. The barrier will open, so you can drive in and park. If nothing happens, press the button marked 'assistance' so you can speak to a member of staff through the intercom. They'll ask you to confirm your details. Don't insert your credit or debit card into the barrier at any point or you will be charged again for your parking, and don't press the ticket button, as this will stop you being able to gain entry.
Once you're through the barrier find a space and keep your keys. From there, just catch the car park's bus to the terminal. It runs every 15 minutes, take 5 minutes and is included in the price. We recommend removing any hand sanitiser from your car while you're away - during hot weather it can become flammable.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day, which is subject to change.
Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
