The T5 Long Stay is our most popular airport parking at Heathrow and it's easy to see why. The transfer bus runs every 10 minutes and is included in the price. The CCTV, the frequent patrols, the fence and the entry barrier mean security is tip-top too - it's no wonder they won an award for it! It's ideal if you're after low-cost parking at Terminal 5 that doesn't compromise on quality.
Security measures
The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, fences and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park even holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the police.
Instruksjoner
The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.
At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number, give you a ticket and lift automatically. Keep the ticket with you as you'll need it when you get back. Then, drive in and park in a space. It's a good idea to make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket, along with the nearest bus stop to make it easier to find your car when you get back. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus and you'll be at check-in in around 7 minutes. If you're arriving between 23:30 and 05:30, you'll need to press the button at the barrier to get a transfer. If you have any problems, press the button at the barrier for help.
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.
Transfers
Bus transfers are included in the price and are available 24 hours a day. Transfers run every 10 minutes between 5.30am and 11.30pm and take five to seven minutes. Outside of these times, you can request a transfer by using the intercoms on the bus stops at the terminal, or on the intercom on the barrier on your way into the car park.
