If you don't have a digicode, just pull a ticket from the machine at the barrier. Keep it safe as you will have to show it when you return. To change a reservation, you must write to customer service, request a cancellation and then make a new reservation.
A 2-hour grace period is granted in case of delay to ensure your reservation remains valid.
