The friendly customer service you would expect from Airparks with the bonus of being able to pick a parking space and keep your keys while you're away. Security measures Airparks Luton is protected by CCTV, entry and exit barriers, a fence and floodlighting, and is patrolled 24 hours a day. Airparks Luton holds the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.
Follow the yellow signs for Airparks Self Park, its entrance is approx 300 metres after the first blue Airparks entrance.
When you arrive, drive up to the barrier. It will recognise your car registration and let you in. Find a space, keep your keys and remember where you've parked.
Then head to the nearest bus stop to catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. It's included in the price, takes around 14 minutes and runs regularly, 24 hours a day. Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
The shuttle bus can't accommodate large sporting equipment, so we'd recommend dropping any off with your passengers at the terminal first, then driving to Airparks.
We recommend allowing 75 minutes to park at Airparks and transfer to the airport - longer during the peak times (between 4am and 8am).
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
