Drive up to the barrier, which will recognise your number plate and rise automatically. If there are any problems, press the help button and give your booking reference. Don't press the green flashing button as this is for customers who haven't booked.

Drive in, park in any space and keep your keys before taking the included shuttle bus to Terminal 2. These run 24 hours a day, take 5-6 minutes and run every 15 minutes.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of six hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per 24 hours. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Returning to a different terminal? You'll need to make your way back to Terminal 2 and get the shuttle bus from there.
Transfers
A shuttle bus runs to and from Terminal 2 only. It runs 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, takes 5-6 minutes, and is included in the price.
Directions
- Leave the M56 at junction 5 and take the first exit (signposted terminal 2).
- At the roundabout at the top of the hill, take the first exit onto Enterprise Way.
- Turn immediately left onto Thorley Lane.
- Continue down this road past the Etrop Grange Hotel.
- After the hotel, JetParks 1 will be on your left.
