On the day of your departure, please contact us 30 minutes before your arrival at the parking lot indicated in your reservation slip, using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email. If you do not have this information, please contact us by email at parkingservicesvoiturier@gmail.com.
On your arrival, we will check your vehicle and provide a shuttle to take you to the airport.
Important: the pick-up time corresponds to the start time of your reservation. If your pick-up time is exceeded, additional charges will apply, calculated according to the current hourly rate, and must be paid directly on site.
In order to better manage late arrivals and guarantee a quality service, we are introducing a night surcharge for vehicle collections after our closing time (00:00). Here are the details of the surcharge:
20€ for pick-ups between 00h and 1h
30 for pick-ups between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.
40 for breaks between 2am and 3am
50 for pick-ups between 3am and 4am
For customers who do not wish to pay these supplements, vehicles can be collected from 4 a.m. for a supplement of €20.
