The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so you'll need to give us your car registration number when you book. You should take a copy of your booking confirmation to the car park with you.
Just drive up to the entry barrier and wait for the machine to read your number plate. This can take up to a minute. The barrier will open, so you can drive in and park.
If nothing happens, press the button marked 'assistance' so you can speak to a member of staff through the intercom. They'll ask you to confirm your details.
Don't insert your credit or debit card into the barrier at any point or you will be charged again for your parking.
Also, don't press the ticket button, as this will stop you being able to gain entry.
From there, just catch JetParks' bus straight to the terminal. It takes 10 minutes.
If you're using a Satnav please be aware that JetParks shares a postcode with the Short Stay car park, and if you go into Short Stay by accident you may be charged to exit. Follow the signs to JetParks and be careful not to go into the Short Stay. Booking confirmations can be printed or shown on your phone or device.
Transfers This car park is approximately 8 minutes away from the terminal by shuttle bus which operates 24 hours per day.
Directions After leaving the M1 (junction 24 if travelling from the north, 23a if travelling from the south), follow the A453 for 2.8 miles, passing the airport until you reach a roundabout.
