Terms of Use
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of your parking period.
Entry/Exit Tolerances: If you arrive early, access will be granted 2 hours before your booked time. In case of delay on your return flight, exit will be allowed up to 2 hours after the scheduled end time.

How to Access the Parking

• License plate recognition at the entrance

• Access pass with printed QR code

• Add to mobile via Wallet app

Once at Marseille Provence Airport, follow signs for Parking P4.
Even if the parking displays "FULL EXCEPT RESERVATIONS", you still have access as your space is reserved.

Access the reserved parking with the QR-CODE on your voucher (PDF sent in your confirmation email).
A ticket will be issued automatically. Keep it for exit.

If you have trouble scanning your QR-CODE, do not press the “ticket” button.
If needed, use the intercom by pressing the "i" button for assistance — available 24/7.

REMINDER:
You must enter your license plate number after payment or your booking will be canceled 24 hours later.
