Pull up at the barrier of the car park and one of the ShortRun team will come to your window to confirm your details. They'll tell you where to park and give you a receipt with information on what to do when you get back from holiday. Make sure you keep this safe. They'll then open the barrier and let you in.
Once you've parked, head to the bus stop and let the driver help you with your luggage then drop you off at the airport. Buses run on demand 24 hours a day, take 5 minutes and are included in the price.
If you need a Blue Badge space add a comment to your booking, and call the car park directly 24 hours before you go, so they can make sure there is space or try and get you as near as possible to where you get the bus.
Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by Airparks.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 a day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they are under 2.1m, 2m wide and 5m long. If your vehicle is bigger than the maximum (around the size of a Range Rover Sport), take a look at our Larger Vehicles package. The car park can't accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the maximum.

South M42 - Leave the M42 at Junction 6
- Keep right and follow signs for A45 Coventry 4th exit
- Avoid the slip road to your left and follow signs for A45 Coventry, stay in the N/S lane and take slip road signposted A452 Brownhills

The postcode for the car park B40 1QB covers a large area and if you use a satnav, it may take you to the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl pub. We recommend that you follow the instructions below when you leave the motorway.
If you do find yourself at the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl, head back to the roundabout and follow the signs towards Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Train Station. You will find ShortRun on the next roundabout along at the first exit. The entrance is on your left, just beyond the Premier Inn.
