Very helpful staff, dropoff/pickup services are very consistent, but the incoming-outgoing system at the lot's entrance needs to be improved. There are no designated parking spots at the front for cars arriving to check in before they actually park in the lot, blocking the gate for everyone else who's coming in and out from the back of the building.
