As soon as you get there, you'll be swept off your feet by Purple Parking's warm and welcoming staff. They'll deal with the paperwork, so all you need to do is walk to check in and catch your flight.
The Short Stay car park will charge you £4.50 to leave after a certain amount of time, so if you forget to call the car park before you get there, don't enter the Short Stay car park. Instead, pull up outside and call the car park. This service is available from 3.30am until the last flight has landed.
You'll have 10 minutes to exit the car park before being charged, so make sure you're ready to leave before you call.
[b]Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of up to midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged the standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
The car park cannot accept vehicles with 8 or more seats. If you're bringing a long wheel based vehicle you'll be required to pay an additional supplement on arrival at the car park. The supplement will equal half of the total cost of the booking.

Here are your directions to the terminal: - Leave the M25 at junction 29 and take the A127 Southend Arterial Road into Essex - it's the first exit if you're travelling from the north, and the third exit if you're travelling from the south. - Follow the road for about 20 miles, and continue straight onto Prince Avenue. - Take the third exit at the large roundabout to stay on the road. - Turn left at the traffic lights onto Rochford Road. - At the next roundabout, take the second exit following signs for the airport. - Take the second exit at the mini-roundabout. - The Short Stay car park is 200 yards on your right, where Purple Parking's driver will meet you.
