You can park in a secured car park less than 6 minutes away from the terminal with Holiday Extras Self Park, and you'll get to choose where you park, and keep your own keys. What's more, you won't need to worry about transfers as they are included in the price.
Security measures
CCTV is in use at the car park, which is surrounded by a high fence and also uses floodlights.
Instructions
Pull up to the barrier and it will read your number plate and lift to let you in. If you have any problems, press the intercom button. Drive in and park then head to reception to book your shuttle bus. It runs when needed, takes 6 minutes and is included in the price.
The sign at the entrance says to go to reception first to request a bus while you park your car, but you don't have to do this. It's just a timesaving feature that can be useful if you're in a group.
If you have any problems, just press the intercom button and quote the four-digit code printed on your confirmation.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until 12 midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.
Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.5m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Transfers
Transfers are included in the price and you can expect to wait around 9 minutes, though you may have to wait as much as 20 minutes. The journey normally takes just 6 minutes, but it may take longer during the rush hour.
Park & Ride customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or anything as large/larger than these items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks.
