Terms of Use
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of your parking.

Entry/Exit Tolerances
Early arrivals will be allowed access 2 hours before the reserved parking time.
For delayed returns, exit is permitted up to 2 hours after the reserved end time.

Access time
T1: 1 minute
T2: 4 minutes

How to access the parking

• License plate recognition at entry

• Access ticket with printed QR code

• Add to mobile via Wallet app

At Marseille Provence Airport, follow signs to Parking P1.
Even if the sign shows "FULL EXCEPT RESERVATION", you have access—your spot is guaranteed.

Use the QR code on your PDF voucher received via email after booking confirmation.
A ticket will be issued automatically. Keep it to exit the car park.

If you have trouble scanning the QR code, do not press the “ticket” button.
Use the intercom (“i” button) for assistance, available 24/7.

REMINDER:
You must enter your license plate number after payment, or your reservation will be cancelled 24 hours later.
