To ensure maximum punctuality and safety, we ask you to arrive at the port at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. You call our HOTLINE 60 minutes before your scheduled arrival at the port. You will be taken directly to your departure dock at Frankfurt port. Vehicle acceptance: Our employee will wait for you at the port. A short external vehicle check will follow, note down the mileage and hand over the keys. Your vehicle will be brought safely to the 24-hour video-monitored and locked underground car park. If the payment via PayPal, credit card or direct debit has not been made, the payment on site in cash/EC card/credit card/PayPal will be carried out by our staff.
