ACE's directions and procedures have changed slightly so make sure you read through them carefully. You don't need to call ACE on your way to the airport. Remember to have your booking reference to hand when you arrive so the ACE's friendly parking team can identify you.
If you do need to contact the car park on the day, you can give them a call on 01293 533 000.
Once you've arrived at your meeting point the driver will inspect your vehicle and take photos – make sure you leave 3 or 4 minutes for this. Then hand over your keys and walk to the terminal.

Make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you won't be able to get a refund.
If you get back early, call ACE as soon as you can. They need 24 hours or as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
Your car will need to fit under the 1.8m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If your vehicle is taller than 1.8m let the car park know when you call and they will meet you in an alternative area outside the car park.
If you have a specially adapted vehicle this will need to be checked with the car park. To see if the car park can take your vehicle please call us.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
The meeting point can change at short notice. If so you will be contacted prior to your arrival.
Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before they move your car.
Transfers No Transfers are required. Once your car is picked up you can proceed direct to check in.

- As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for short stay & pick up.
- At the short stay barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver.
- Drive into the
orange car park and go up to LEVEL 1.
- At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE meet & greet area. Park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts.
- Then make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.
