To change a booking, you must write to customer service, request a cancellation and then make a new reservation before the original departure date
On entering the reserved car park, go to the entrance barriers and enter the code on the numeric keypad located on the pay station. When you leave, go to the exit barriers, then enter the same code on the numeric keypad located on the pay station.
