With many years' experience in providing a great service, Airparks valet parking is a firm favourite with our customers and it's easy to see why. One of their professional, insured chauffeurs will meet you at the South terminal and park your car for you in a secured car park while you catch your flight. When you get back, you just need to give them a call to let them know you've arrived and they'll have it waiting for you in the same place. It couldn't be simpler and all for this low price. We only sell airport-approved Meet and Greet services and Airparks is no exception. Airparks Meet and Greet is now run by Maple Manor. Security measures The compound where your car is stored has 24-hour security with CCTV, regular patrols and security barriers.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

When you reach the car park take a ticket the barrier and keep it for the driver. Once in the car park follow signs for "meet & greet operators". When you arrive in the dedicated meet & greet area, park in a meet and greet bay and look out for a uniformed driver.
If you're running more than 30 minutes early or late, you should let Airparks know. Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
Your driver will meet you at the Sofitel Short Stay. You'll then need to give them your car keys - please separate them from the rest of your keys - and they will take your car to their secured car park while you head to check-in. Please have your return flight details and booking confirmation to hand when you meet the driver.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy, without these your car cannot be parked and you cannot get a refund.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 8 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Your car will be parked in a secured site up to 6 miles from the airport.
Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry. Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to another terminal free of charge.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change. Any unused parking can't be refunded.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Transfers No transfers will be required as you are met at both ends of your journey at your airport terminal.
