Anleitung
Around 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport, call Butterfly Parking on 0800 023 5784 to let them know you're on your way. If you can't reach them, try calling on 0771 833 8485. Once you're at London City airport, drive to the on-site car park (formerly Long Stay). At the car park, you'll come to a barrier, where you'll need to take a ticket to get in. Then, drive through and park your car in a space. A uniformed Butterfly driver will meet you and you'll need to give them your keys and the ticket from the barrier. Your driver will unload your luggage for you and walk you to the terminal.
The car park is open from 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 11am - 10pm on Sundays, so you won't be able to drop off your car outside these times or on Saturdays as the car park is closed. Please note from 6th January 2020 - 30th April 2020 the Western entrance of the car park where you drop your vehicle will be inaccessible due to a road closure. Customers are asked to access the car park via the Eastern entrance. Instead of taking the Connaught Bridge to the car park, take the Sir. Steve Redgrave Bridge. You can access the car park via Fishguard way. This may cause a delay in the car being returned. - If you will be returning more than 10 minutes early or late please call the car park to let them know. - While you're away your car will be parked in an indoor NCP car park. - There's a 30-minute wait time allowed in the car park. You'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. In extreme cases, if you're more than 20 minutes late, you may be charged a £30 waiting fee. - The car park is open from 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 11am - 10pm on Sunday, so you won't be able to drop off your car outside these times. -Please note:You cannot drop off or collect your car on a Saturday as the car park is closed.
You'll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park. You'll be required to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If your car leaves within 30 minutes of arriving at the car park, you'll be required to pay an exit fee of £8.00. After this it will be £5.00 for every 5 minutes. Directions - Leave the M25 at junction 30 and take the A13 heading into London. - After crossing the bridge, take the left lane to leave the road following signs for the airport and docks. - Take the first exit from the roundabout onto the A1020 Royal Docks Road, staying in the middle lane. - At the next roundabout, take the second exit towards Woolwich Manor Way. - Follow the road and, when you see the Docklands Light Railway overhead, take a right onto Hartmann Road, signposted for the airport. - From here you can follow signs for the on-site (formerly Long Stay) car park.
