IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our rental agency is located close to the airport, but not at the airport itself. However, a shuttle service between the airport and the agency is included in your reservation. For arrivals between 6:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., the waiting time for the shuttle can be up to 45 minutes. For better handling, please call the agency number once on landing and again once you have collected your baggage. When you call, specify "Location Free2move".

In the event of delays, please inform customer service as soon as possible. Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the agency closes, so that your return and airport transfer can be completed on time.
Upon Arrival:
Once you arrive at the airport, please call our agency using the phone number provided in your reservation.
Inform the rental agent of your location within the airport.
A shuttle will then be dispatched to pick you up from the airport and bring you back to our agency where you can collect your rental car.
Our rental agent will check your identity and confirm that the deposit has been paid.
You will perform a car check with our rental agent to ensure there are no pre-existing damages.
You can then collect the keys and leave with your rental car.
Some Important Details About the Rental Process:
A deposit is required before the rental can take place. Without a deposit, the rental is not possible.
The deposit amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card 72 hours prior to booking or immediately if the booking is made earlier.
The rental vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same amount of fuel as it was when you collected it. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Please be very careful during the handover and return inspection process to avoid any errors. Any missing inspection details will be charged at €20.
Please note that you will need to bring the following documents for each driver (excluding Key Accounts):
Your debit or credit card that was used for the deposit (must be in the name of the main driver).
Valid identification with the same name and address as the driver's license.
A valid driving license for each driver of the vehicle. If your license is in a foreign language, please provide an official translation.
For UK licenses only, a DVLA "check code" to enable the rental agent to carry out a license check.
PLEASE NOTE: Our agents will not release the vehicle to you without these items.

IMPORTANT: If your documentation is not uploaded into our system, your reservation is at risk of being cancelled. Additionally, if we are unable to validate the deposit 24 hours prior to the start of your booking, your reservation can be cancelled as well.
