If you take the NQRW train lines, take the exit for 57th street, once you exit the subway station head south towards 53rd street. Walk down past the Sheraton Hotel, the branch is located on the ground level of the SP+ parking garage, you will see SIXT on your left. If you take the BDE train lines, take the exit for 7av, once you exit the subway station head east until you past the Sheraton Hotel. The branch is located on the ground level of the SP+ parking garage, you will see SIXT on your left.
