If you are droping off a vehicle outside of our operating hours or you do not see an attendant, please lock the vehicle and drop the keys in the Drop Box on left side of Car Return. Black Drop Box is near the crosswalk.

On the arrivals level follow the exit. In case you have luggage please collect before exiting the baggage claim area. For Terminal 1, please proceed outside to Shuttle Bus Stop and take Rental Car Center Shuttle to the Car Rental Center. For Terminal 2, please proceed to arrivals level and walk outside. Follow the signs to Rental Car Center across the street from T2. SIXT will be first counter on the right.

From Terminal 1, after collecting any baggage, follow the signs to exit, staying on the same level. Proceed outside to the shuttle bus stop and take the airport-provided "Rental car center" shuttle. From Terminal 2, after collecting any luggage, proceed to the arrivals level and walk outside. Follow the "Rental car center" signs, which is across the street from Terminal 2. Once you enter the area, our SIXT branch is the first counter on the right.

Navigate to our SIXT branch at 300 Rodgers Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96819. Once you arrive at the airport, follow the "Car rental returns" signs. Once you arrive at the rental car area, proceed to level 4. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.
