Once you arrive at the airport, follow the "Terminal 5" signs. At the traffic circle, take the Terminal 5 short stay exit. Stay in the left lane and follow the signs to "Overheight Vehicles & Sofitel Hotel". Continue past the Sofitel Hotel, staying in the right-hand lane. Follow the "Coach Park" and "All Car Parks" signs to the right, and go right at the fork. Then, enter the parking lot on your right, going through the damage gates. Follow the SIXT signs to the return area and park there. Please check that you have all your belongings, lock the vehicle, and place the key in our SIXT key drop box, located on the right-side to the SIXT booth. To return to Terminal 5, head inside the hotel and to the elevator to the right of reception. Select Level 5 (T5) and cross the bridge to proceed to the terminal. At the terminal, take the elevator to departures on Level 5. To return to Terminals 2, 3, or 4, you can take the free Heathrow Express Train. To reach the Terminal 5 stop, head inside the hotel and to the elevator to the right of reception. Select Level 5 (T5) and cross the bridge to proceed to the terminal. At the terminal, take the elevator to arrival on Level 0, then follow signs for the free Heathrow Express Trains. Please note that there is no shuttle bus service between terminals.

1. After leaving the baggage claim area please follow the sign UK Arrivals, car rental, Sofitel Hotel straight ahead. 2. You will then pass the exits of Heathrow Express and London Underground on your left hand side. 3. After that you will see the exit that leads to the local buses, car rental buses and taxis. Please do not take this exit but head to the elevators in front. 4. Inside you will find a Sofitel Hotel button that brings you to the first floor. 5. Upstairs please turn right and follow the long hallway straight ahead. 6. You will find the SIXT counter at its end on your left hand side. Please use https://what3words.com/ and enter the following to view our branch location - 'fend.sung.meal'.

1. When returning your hire car at Heathrow Terminal 5 please take exit number 14 when leaving the M25. 2. After 0.7 miles you will arrive at a large roundabout, take the second exit to Terminal 5, short stay. 3. Please follow the road and stay left at the sign saying Overheight vehicles, Sofitel Hotel. 4. Shortly after that you will find a direction sign saying Overheight vehicles, Sofitel Hotel, take this exit. 5. Then please stay left again. 6. You will see the Sofitel Hotel in front of you. Follow the street around the hotel until you see a sign leading you to the left into the Hotel Car Park. 7. Please enter the car park. You will find the SIXT parking spaces near the car park entrance.

T2: The branch is located in Terminal 2 - Arrivals Hall T3: Please wait at Bus Stop 17 for a Shuttle, or alternatively make your way to Terminal 2 Arrivals Hall with public transport. T4: After collecting your luggage, please enter the Arrivals Hall, turn right and proceed to the SIXT desk. Please use the phone on the SIXT Arrivals desk or call +447715227955 to arrange your collection via our Shuttle service. Once this has been arranged exit the Arrivals Hall and wait at bus stop number 2.

There are no parking facilities available for customers. Customers are liable to pay any passenger drop off or parking fees directly to the airport or Sofitel.
