How do I proceed to book my Car On Demand vehicle?

Reserve the vehicle.
Once you have completed your reservation, make sure to upload your driver's license front and back.
Email following documents to codus@free2move.com with the reservation number in the subject line:

Free2move Car On Demand team will review your information and contact you within 2 business days

In case of problems during the time you have the vehicle, assistance is available via email codus@free2move.com

How do I access my vehicle on the start date?

Please make sure to bring your Driver's License.
Our Car On Demand team will meet you at the designated pick up location on the arranged pick up time.
An agent will verify your Driver's License and perform the vehicle checklist.
Once the inspection is complete, you're on your way !
